Tiny Memories – Shipping Policy

At Tiny Memories, every product is made especially for you. To ensure high quality and beautiful personalized items for your little ones, all products are created on demand once you place an order.

📦 Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Each item is made to order.

  • Standard fulfillment time: 2–5 business days.
    (This may vary slightly during peak seasons or holidays.)

Once your order has been fulfilled, it is handed over to the carrier for delivery.

🌍 Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on the destination. Average delivery estimates are:

  • Europe: 3–10 business days

  • USA & Canada: 3–8 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 4–12 business days

  • Rest of World: 8–20 business days

These are estimated delivery windows. Carrier delays, customs procedures, or high-volume periods may affect shipping times.

💸 Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • your location

  • the products in your order

  • carrier costs

The final shipping cost will be shown before completing your purchase.

📬 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link.

Tracking availability may vary depending on your region and the carrier used.

📦 Multiple Packages

Your order may arrive in separate shipments.
Different items may be fulfilled at different facilities or times, so receiving multiple packages is normal.

🌐 International Orders & Customs

Some countries may charge customs fees, taxes, or import duties at delivery.
These charges:

  • are not included in our prices

  • are the customer’s responsibility

We recommend checking local customs regulations if you are ordering internationally.

❗ Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If a package cannot be delivered due to:

  • an incorrect address

  • failed delivery attempts

  • an unclaimed parcel

…it may be returned to the sender.
In such cases, additional reshipping costs may apply.

To avoid delays, please double-check your address at checkout.
