Tiny Memories – Returns & Refund Policy

At Tiny Memories, every product is made especially for you once an order is placed. Because our items are produced on demand and often personalized, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as size, preference, or a change of mind.
However, we are always here to make things right if something arrives damaged or incorrect.


🧸 1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • damaged

  • misprinted

  • faulty

  • or different from what you ordered

…please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A brief description of the issue

  3. Photos of the product and the packaging

Once verified, we will offer a free replacement or refund, depending on your preference.


📦 2. Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is created individually:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, color differences, or buyer’s remorse.

  • Please check the size charts carefully before ordering.

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for providing return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

  • Customized or personalized products may not be eligible for return unless defective.

If you need help choosing a size, we are happy to assist before you place your order.


🖨️ 3. Personalized Items

Most Tiny Memories products are personalized.
Due to their custom nature:

  • Personalized products cannot be returned or refunded, unless damaged or defective.

Please double-check names, dates, and customization details before completing checkout.


🚚 4. Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, contact us at hello@tinymemories.org, and we will investigate with the carrier.

  • If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will send a replacement at no cost.

  • If the address provided was incorrect, shipping fees for a replacement may apply.


5. Wrong or Incomplete Address

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout:

  • You may be responsible for reshipping costs.

  • Refunds are not available for such cases, but we can resend the product once the correct address is provided.


🎁 6. Order Cancellation

Because items go into production quickly, cancellations are only possible within the first 12 hours after placing your order.
After that, cancellation may not be possible.
